- The Budget Committee consists of five elected members and is chaired by the Alternate DCM. The committee members shall be elected, three in one year, and two in the alternate year. Term of service is two years. The committee is responsible for proposing district budgets based on previous expenses and future needs as well as to audit the district treasure, literature locker, and committee expenditures. The Budget Committee meets quarterly to ensure that financial solvency is maintained.
- Voting members of this committee should not hold positions that are affected by budget line items.
