- The role of PI is to provide information and education to the non-alcoholic community. Duties include:
- Communications with district and area using designated email: dist10pi@area72aa.org .
- Developing public service announcements.
- Appearing at schools, health fairs, and various public events to educate the community about A.A.'s role in recovery.
- Communicating with the media to explain about A.A. and the importance of anonymity.
- Maintaining a visit schedule and the pamphlet racks at appropriate locations throughout the district.
- Assisting district members in public speaking roles at various venues.
- This position has a budgeted Line-Item for reimbursement of expenses accrued. See the Trusted Servant Reimbursement Policy (Appendix C) for reimbursement clarifications.
