What you'd actually do

  • The (two) CSO representatives in this position have been changed from volunteers  to district trusted servants IAW Motion 20.3. They serve two-year terms beginning in alternating  years. They attend monthly CSO business meetings as voting member directors of Puget Sound A.A.  and help keep District 10 connected to CSO and the Twelve Step Service Center (TSSC). Other  responsibilities include:  
  • Communications with district and area using designated email if available. Personal email  may be required for this position.  
  • Informing the district on CSO matters relevant to District 10 by providing a report for each  district meeting of upcoming important dates and events, including updated information and  services the office provides for the seven districts it represents and submitting a copy of this  report to the secretary prior to district monthly meetings.  
  • This includes the Twelve Step Service Center (TSSC) on open volunteer positions at the  Central Sound Office.  
  • Maintaining contact information on officers of Puget Sound A.A. and the TSSC. 
  • This position has a budgeted Line-Item for reimbursement of expenses accrued. See the  Trusted Servant Reimbursement Policy (Appendix C) for reimbursement clarifications.
